Work is under way at Douglas, GA on Don Brooks 2nd B17 the work is being carried out by Chuck Giese and William Hale. So for they have started reassembling the bomb bay and building up station 3 and the flight deck.ImageImageImageImage

Hmmmm... I really need to block out the window in the second picture. It spoils my pictures too.

Bulkhead 3 is pretty much new construction, the bomb bay is from the Labrador plane.

Spent the day moving the XP-82 stuff into their new facility, and moving the inboard wing panels into the hanger.

The fuselage jig is from Lucky13.

Hmmmm.....

Would look better with a brand new set of carry-through spars.

Please let me add that DRY MARTINI was equally guilty on the part of the carry thru spars for the lake airplane.Another set is still needed.Thanks to DRY MARTINI!
