I am now producing new manufacture sheet metal parts, such as gussets, webbing smaller than 2' X 4', and any parts that can be bent using a standard brake. These parts are being made at an approved FAA repair station using traceable metal, and will be inspected by an FAA approved inspector against the microfilm drawings. They are produced using a 2 axis CNC machine designed specifically for this use.

Parts can be left as alclad, or painted with an aviation zinc phosphate primer. Parts that are noted to be stamped with a part number are marked with black ink using a rubber stamp.

I can produce almost any flat pattern sheet metal part so long as it fits within a 2' X 4' sheet of aluminum with margins on the edges for the machine, let me know what you need and I can get a price. My goal is to be affordable, unlike other companies; If you have a .DXF file, the only cost is labor to cut it (usually very quick, so cost is unlikely to exceed $75) and the cost of material and documents as needed. If you only have a drawing, I can make the CAD file for you, but I'll need to charge for time. All flat pattern CAD models for B-17G parts will be made without charge.

Currently in production are gussets for Bulkhead 3 of the B-17. The example shown is 6-10454. Rivet holes can be specified to be full size, pilot holes, and omitted partially or entirely depending on your needs! I even include tooling holes, to keep with the authentic original appearance of every part.

Price for full set of flat Bulkhead 3 Gussets (0.040" and 0.032") with 1/16" pilot holes pre-drilled: $225

6-10454 shown in the images below is an example showing both 1/16" pilot holes, full size holes for size 4 rivets, a jog bend, and the part number stamped as shown on the drawing.
