"The Motion Picture Stunt Pilot" (1954)

.
imdb info: This Movietone Special (10-minute short subject in CimemaScope) shows famed-stunt pilot Paul Mantz exhibiting some of his most well-known stunts such as flying through hangars. Since most of his most daring stunts were in B&W films and not in CinemaScope, most of the footage is Mantz duplicating stunts from the past.

The hangar at Thermal, CA...Eleanor Wagner, airport manager

"Mantz walked the area measuring every angle, the width, height, altitude of his entry and exit...he was meticulous.

Then strapped himself into the red and white clipped-wing Stearman, made a couple of passes outside the hangar as a dry run, then the real thing and flew it through the hangar in one successful take."
