Visiting Desert Rat

Post by Eric_stevens »

How would I go about coming in to see the B-17? I am going to be in the Chicago area towards the end of October and was hoping to stop by and see the progress. Is there a certain night of the week that you all work on the aircraft, I would try for one of those days.

PM me with an email address, and
we can work out a time.

Due to the problems we've been having
lately (discussed in previous a previous thread),
we're going to require visits to be set up
beforehand.

Thanks!

Bill,
thank you for taking the time to show me around the Desert Rat. It was a great time and was very informative. Keep up all the hard work and I'll see the airplane flying before long.

Eric -

You are most welcome!
It was very enjoyable to talk to you, and I hope that
you will come back again - and help drill some rivets this time!

:D
