US Bomber production and deployment info request

Was wondering if anyone had some good online sources that could provide
production of US bombers by month from Jan 41 through Jan 43. Specifically for the B-17, B-24 and B-25.

Also would like to get some info on deployment by theatre (Pacific vs European) for this timeperiod. What BG's, at what strength and where.

I'm interested to find out just what the US had in place at the start of the war, what they could field/replace early in the war.

This source looks to have EXACTLY the info I'm after. Unfortunately, it is a "work in progress" uploading info from some book/papers which appears to have stopped abut a year ago. The tables/info that I'm after shows up in the index but unfortunately wasn't available online.

I'll have to go back and look to see if they clearly identify the source(s) to track down a hardcopy (somewhere).
