Ball turret for sale
The other night I remembered something I saw in an issue of Military Vehicles Magazine (October 2005; issue #111) a number of years back. There was an ad in the classified section for a Sperry A-13A ball turret. Location given was Kansas City. Anybody know where this turret came from and where it wound up?

Hmmm.... Are those B-24 locator pins in the ring?

Not sure on the pins. The scan gets too grainy and the actual pic in the magazine is maybe an inch and a hlf wide, too small to see.
I have heard that possibly Don Brokks got this and tucked it away. Can anyone back that up by chance?
