I know that B-17 Sally B 44-85784 (Vega built) has phenolic panels on a aluminium frame, yet B-17 Mary Alice 44-83735 (Douglas built) has phenolic panels on a wooden frame

that the other model's panels had different instrumentation arrangements,
so it is not suprising that the part number and panel for an 'F' would be different from the 'E', although the assembly drawing might be the same.
