The posting time on this board seems to be set to
GMT. Where is the board administered from,
Reykjavik?

I do the same thing with my forum (I use version 2.0.10). If you would like to change the settings you see, click on the "Profile" icon in the header while you are logged in. You can set the time zone of your liking.
