A couple of B17 images from a friends grandfather's album

A gal I worked with mentioned that her Grandfather had been in the air force for some time pre-WW2 until afterwards. She loaned me her photo album to scan. Posting the 17 images and leaving them as large as I was able to scan them so folks can get detail if they want.
Two B17 images from that photo album. Don't know if this is 299 or one of the early YB's
Guessing this is a General's ride postwar. 8th AF patch down low. Lots of stars.
