Another mystery B-17 43-37977

Found this article over at the 398th BG site:

What is being posted is the B-17G-75-BO 43-37977 was ferried to Salem, Massachusetts and placed on display both at the airport as well as at Block House Square. Then sold for scrap / and or buried.

This somewhat explains why this aircraft never received a STNO number when she was at Kingman AAF (on her card)

This is the second RFC aircraft that has not listed on the Aero Vintage RFC site (the other being 42-102800 which went to Richmond, VA)

I'll will work to add both to the listing. I am sure there are others that were similarly memorialized that have not yet come to light. Some photos would be great.
