#29 and #59 have the more common oversized tail number; I haven't found a closeup of the smaller/bolder version yet.
I think these are all the NMF B-17G Hobbs tail numbers we've found so far:

The Hobbs Facebook page has images from a pilot's logbook - unfortunately it only listed plane type and engine type; no column for plane numbers.

88? Looks like you're right; there's a scratch in the microfilm that made it look like a 9.
