Great job - we're getting there! Additions/corrections:
#12 - 44-6070
#19 - unknown
#30 - unknown (need to match this with an accident report?)
#32 - unknown
#4_ - 42-29759
Gay Caballeros (combat veteran)
#40 (1) - 42-XXXX
#40 (2) - 42-37779
Pist'l Packin' Mama/
Belle's Pist'l Pakin' Mama (combat veteran)
#43 - 42-29551
#47 - 42-30078
#51 - not 42-29551;
could be B-17F 42-29563 which crashed near Potlatch, OR Dec. 2, 1943 (which would explain the second #51, a B-17G) – wreck buried at site. Partial code "H-5" found on fuselage remains in 2012.
#61 - unknown
#67 - 42-30104 (it's a bit blurry but it's the only one that works as a listed Hobbs serial)
#76 - 42-29908 (again blurry but works)
#85 - 42-29980
#86 - 42-30077
#87 - 42-29610
#93 - 42-5416 (this doesn't match your listing, but the other photo does show it's got the earlier model main wheels; so I think the tail shot is the same plane)

Chris
This photo has been on e-bay for a while but wondering
I am seeing large two digit numbers on the tail and it is not 1940 Alaska (a bunch of B-17G's in flight)

The more I thought about it, the more I am convinced L AAF is Lockbourne
Do not see any nose numbers which would convince me
Agree the price is way too high - maybe 10 for a print that is scan-able
Do not thin any of these aircraft has hi visibly paint - look at the note and it just say this guy started in Alaska then 8th & 15th AF so not much to go on.

OK, got the book and did some scans; we can add these to the list:
#40 is 42-5211:
#80 is 42-5212, named
Devil's Dream (the only personal note in the booklet):
#82, couldn't read the serial:
And already known, but a clearer shot of #47, 42-30078:
And finally #73,
Shack Rat! again. You can
almost read that serial...
...but not quite. I tried many different scans, but it looks like it was worn away, probably from dust/rain/ice thrown at it by the #2 prop:
My best guess is 42-5XXX.
I'll get the whole thing scanned this weekend.

Took me long enough, but here it is for all to peruse:

(Scans are way larger than this)
