Kingman unknowns

Going back to my Kingman field photos from LA times to try and identify some more ships

While a few are easy, there are many that just do not work.

So the game is simple, I will, every couple days, post a few shots, a clear as I can get them and let's try and identify the more readable ships.

to make it more interesting, I have to mention these are a clipped from a 2 x 3 4 GB negative.

That just about brings a tear to my eye. We stopped at Kingman a few years ago and gazed at all that now-empty sand, imagining what it looked like in 1946.

if only more had been saved. And some very notable planes were lost to history.
