A set of four B-17 photos showed up on eBay; one of them appears to be 42-97155 converted to Swedish airliner SE-BAO:

Interesting in that the other photos of SE-BAO I've seen show a very different mostly NMF scheme:

Rather sad that SA-BAO wasn't preserved. Would've made an interesting museumpiece.
