B-17 Horizontal Stabilizers

We are currently starting the refurb of our horizontal stabilizers,
and have found inter-granular corrosion issues with the spar cap
extrusions. We are in the process of acquiring the materials needed
to repair/replace the bad spars, and we thought it would be a good
time to post something, should others have stabs needing rebuild,
so they could benefit from the cost/quantity side of the equation.
