United Air Services at Lockheed Air Terminal

I just noticed a 1953 photo in the Fall 2009 AAHS Journal on building Constellations at Burbank. If you look at one of the photos, it shows the United Air Services hangar operated by Paul Mantz in the detail on the bottom of the photos. Clearly seen is B-25H N1203 plus others. It does provide info on where that hangar was actually located on the field, on the east end of the field just south of runway 26, where part of the passenger terminal now sits. I think this hangar was the original United Air Lines hangar...did Mantz own it, part of it, lease it, or ???
