Round Tripper

These photos are screaming that they are post WWII. The style of clothing (mixed uniforms and civilian overcoats), stripped of guns, etc...

Several clues to her identity: I can see on one of the shots, Square-J (390th BG) and the id letter P. This is also an OD/G ship with repaired nose damage

Only two B-17's with that name in Osborne, neither fit

Could this be "42-31974" "Bomb Boogie"? She survived the war and was brought home to the US. Noted as at Kingman in 45. A war memorial maybe? She has the same type of nose art as "belle of the brawl". Or at least one of them.

Pretty sure when Bomb Boogie came home she was id: G

The photos I have of her also do not show a bare metal nose

And it doesn't have the little vent windows in the windscreen.
