Now the big question is are they going to restore her (and return her to bare metal)

I also think a more comprehensive history on Baby can be found in B-17 Production book 3 <gr>

Dave, yes, the history contained in your Volume 3 is the most comprehensive you will find anywhere as far as I know...

Wonder if the Air Force will bring out the crew that moved Baby from France to reenact chisling the wings to fit a C-5A ?
