I've always wondered about the former Hughes B-25C. Seeing as how the fuselage is so heavily butchered, I wonder if the wing center section is a more viable candidate for mating with something like, oh, say the B-25B fuselage held by Aero Traders?

Thanks for the update, Scott! Well, I guess I can show my dad what happened to "his" B-17 at Paducah, KY. I've since heard that the early B-17Gs did not have the cheek gun position - that would narrow down the serial number range a bit - how many were there like this?
