I have a feeling we'll be seeing more of this involving vintage aircraft. Every city, county and state is coming up with ways to nickel and dime individidual citizens and groups to death with taxes, "fees," deposits and whatnot. As if giving ground tours of a Flying Fortress is some kind of cash cow for the government !
