How to have a book reviewed?

On 4-21-10 I posted information about my father's new book "Last Roll Call." Today I noticed that there is a page for books that have been reviewed. How do I go about getting my father's book included here? We have sold over 1500 copies which, for a self published book, is considered pretty good. I'm new at marketing so this field is a big unknown for me. Your response would be greatly appreciated.
