The last pic posted above has an AC serial number on the stowed ramps. After blowing it up and inverting the image in photoshop, I am almost certain it reads 41-2595. You be the judge.

There must have been a shortage of ball turrets at that time.

I think the photos are at MacDill, at least the ones showing the hangars and water tower are, as well as the one showing the drain holes in the ramp.
