I just finnished reading an article on the Boeing XB-38. B-17E (41-2401) the experimental B-17 with the Allison 12 cyl. , 1425hp V-1710-89 engines. It was only a short piece, so I was wondering if anyone on here has any more info, or photos. I do know it was one of a kind and it crashed on one of it's test flights.
