Hope I wasn't bidding against someone here. This is my favorite configuration for a B-17 nose. The single 50 in the nose, bulged cheek windows and the navigation dome. This seems to be the sleekest looking of the combat 17s to me.

No serial (thanks a lot) but it's got a G-?? code which should be from the gunnery school at Kingman, AZ.

The writing on the photo I got says it was taken at Dyersburg Tennessee
