How confident is the information that 44-6393 was General Ira Eaker personnel B-17 during his time with the 15th AF.
Just found a bunch of shots of General Spaatz (or Twinings) with his B-17 (assuming the serial number is 43-39074) and you can see how much this aircraft has been modified (in February 1945) as a VB-17 - extra windows in radio room along with curtains.
I see no such mods on 44-6393
