The February 2013 edition of RupaNews has the attached photographs of Boeing B-17 aircraft which passed through the UAL Modification Center at Cheyenne, WY.
The lower photo is of the last B-17 which was handled by UAL and named "Our Parting Shot at Tokyo". It seems to have a radar dome under the rear fuselage.
The UAHF doesn't have any archive materiel for the mod center.
Would anyone know the identity of this bomber or give a date for the completion of the last plane?

That type of Radar is generally assaciated with B-17H's (SB-17G's).
Strange that the mod was done at Cheyenne as the B-17H program was generally handled by Rome Depot
