B-17 manuals opinion

Post by MarcKyle64 »

I was Googling Fortressess and one of the links that came up was for a flight manual for the B-17C. The site that link was at also has a flight manual for the F/G model and a 'Erection and Maintenance Instructions Manual for the B-17G', plus lots of other B-17 books and videos. The question I have is this: if I share the link with you guys on this site, am I in trouble? I don't think I would be since I didn't download or make them available for upload...but part of me wants to share the wealth and let you guys who want that info get it. Opinions?

I think I know the site you are talking about. I don't see how posting a link that's public would be a problem

Okay, It's http://farposst.ru , which is a russian website - the only thing is that I would suggest using mozilla firefox to access it, and installing no script and ad block beforehand, as there are pop-ups and re-directs aplenty there! The search thingy is down on the left side and is labeled "Поиск по сайту" and has a magnifying glass besides it. I've never caught a virus there from the actual downloads - but be wary and don't click on anything else. There's all kinds of redirects and 'your computer has a virus' mousetrapware there.
