B-17 Fire Trng. Not for the faint of heart
I believe this was taken at Chanutte in 1944.

There's a special place in hell for somebody that burns up a sharkfin.

One may be wondering, "How did HANG know that was a sharkfin B-17?"
I can clearly see a framed nose B-17, but it could be a B-17E.
Here's the clue:
The pitot tube mounts are at Rib 1A and are wedge-shaped.
B-17E pitot tube mounts are 20" long streamlined steel tubes,
and are mounted in front of BLK #2.
Good catch, Hang!
