Location is listed as Flemming Field, South St. Paul, MN 1951. Ex-Honeywell maybe?

Could this be N17W - not too many unstaggered waist position ships in 1954

I believe this to be B-17F 42-6073 that had been with Hancock College at Santa Maria, CA, prior to 1954. Rebuilt by Jack Lysdale to become N7942A and then later CP-686. Destroyed November 4, 1968, at Trinidad, Bolivia.
